Vanilla Bean was built to live comfortably for two fully grown adults and their 60lb rescue pup, Finn (AKA, Finnegan, Fin Diesel, Finny-Boy) — some say he rescued them…

Meet Jordan and Eli, the duo who transformed an empty cargo van into the ultimate dream machine, Vanilla Bean. After enduring three cold years of COVID lockdowns in downtown Chicago, they were determined to break free and pursue their passions.

Jordan, a traveling Pediatrician, and Eli, the founder of Kickit, a hybrid sports company inspired by Soccer, hit the road with Vanilla Bean on the Kickit World Tour. The Kickit Tour took them from South Carolina to Minneapolis (for the MLS All-Star Game), to Denver, California, and across the border to Vancouver Canada, organizing Kickit (Soccer-Tennis) tournaments. Meanwhile, Jordan practiced as a Pediatrician in Delano, Riverside, and Santa Barbara California.

When not working, Jordan, Eli, and Finn took excursions to Yosemite to explore Half Dome and El Capián, San Diego's Dog Beach for Finn, and Napa Valley for wine-tasting.
